The Commons cookbook

THE COMMONS COOKBOOK VOLUME 1

This community cookbook emerged from the imagination and labor of Jim Broussard and Lisa Farnsworth. Jim and Lisa are indebted to the many lovers of the Outer Cape who contributed to the cookbook. We’re also very grateful to Donna Pomponio, Tessera Knowles-Thompson, Caroline Carney, Helen Grimm, Naya Bricher, and Pete Hocking for sharing images of their artworks for the cookbook.

In no way comprehensive, the cookbook only hints at the extraordinary range of approaches to food present in this community. In this spirit, we hope it will be the first in a series - or a t the very least inspire our friends and community to continue swapping recipes.

The cookbook is a fundraiser for The Commons, a community resource for creative people on the Outer Cape. The Commons provides co-working space, studios, exhibition space and meeting space to those who live, work and visit our community. All proceeds from this cookbook will support the ongoing work at the Provincetown Commons.
