The Commons offers flexible private meeting rooms and offices designed for everything from one-on-one conversations to larger gatherings of up to 60 people. Each space features high-speed WiFi, screen casting and video conferencing capabilities, and artwork from local artists and galleries, providing a comfortable, creative setting to meet.
RESERVE A MEETING ROOM (FOR MEMBERS)
Coworking members can reserve available meeting rooms directly through Deskworks.
Log in to your Deskworks Member Portal.
Select Reservations or the reservation calendar from your dashboard.
Choose the date you need.
Select the available meeting room you would like to reserve.
Choose your start and end time.
Review the reservation details and any applicable member rate or credits.
Click Reserve / Confirm to complete your booking.
Your reservation will appear in your Deskworks account under your upcoming reservations.
Need to change your plans? Log back into Deskworks and view your upcoming reservations to manage your booking.
