The Cape & Islands Transgender Resource Fund is a local non-profit organization created by a few locals in the year 2021. Today, the fund has helped hundreds of people all over the Cape & Islands. 100% donation funded, they’ve been able to assist with many crises, from grocery money to emergency housing. Dirk Ray Correia has been on the board since C&ITRF’s founding, and has been working doing outreach, education, and public speaking for over 10 years. He is a transgender man hoping to share his insight with the public on how to help others without burning out. The event will be free to attend, but donations to the Cape & Islands Transgender Resource Fund are always accepted! There will be T-Shirts for sale as well. 100% of your donation will go directly to transgender people in need.
