This winter session introduces the traditional art of Chine-Collé—bonding lightweight papers, salvaged tissue, or discarded holiday wrapping paper seamlessly onto the main print during the pulling process. Participants will learn to manipulate positive and negative compositional space, using repurposed decorative papers to add sudden, dramatic shifts in color and tactile texture. By fusing collage directly with fresh paint layers on the gel plate, attendees will leave with uniquely upcycled seasonal impressions. Bring used thin wrapping paper!
